What makes this development unique is its location facing a stretch of beach near lifeguard tower number 56, known as ‘Echo Beach’ since the 1980s — a cultural hotspot where surf culture intersected with fashion, media, and popular culture. The property embodies the convergence of a vibrant, gritty subculture with the demand for a luxurious lifestyle. Our vision captured this distinctive and authentic vibe, creating a brand identity that resonates with both the raw energy and refined elegance of the area.

The brand’s story was brought to life with a ‘beach book’ presentation, infused with sun tan lotion to evoke the genuine essence of the locale. This memorable touch struck a chord with the client, who proudly carried the book and even shared it with Green Day’s Billy Joe Armstrong on a flight. This approach not only reflected the unique spirit of Echo56 but also ensured the brand’s identity was both compelling and deeply connected to its cultural roots.
